seasonal Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before April 1:
If you cancel before April 1, you may receive a refund of any payments made except the $400 non-refundable deposit.

On or After April 1:
All payments become fully non-refundable starting April 1, including any additional payments made after the deposit.

After the Season Begins (May 15):
Once the season starts, no refunds or credits will be issued for early departure or unused time.

No Early Check-Out Refunds:
Seasonal fees cover the entire season. Leaving early does not reduce or change the total owed.

If the Campground Must Close:
If Squatch Pines must close for reasons within our control, a prorated credit or refund may be considered.
If closure is due to weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control, refunds are not guaranteed.

Electric & Fees:
Monthly electric charges and credit card fees are non-refundable.
