Our 2027 Seasonal Rate is $3,500 for the full season (May 15 – October 15). Each site includes full hookups — water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric.

Each site is individually metered. Seasonal campers are responsible for paying their own electric usage, billed separately throughout the season.

Seasonal Rates & Fees

Our 2026 Seasonal Rate is $3,200 for the full season (May 15 – October 15). Each site includes full hookups — water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric.

Electric: Each site is individually metered. Seasonal campers are responsible for paying their own electric usage, billed separately throughout the season.

Payment Options: We accept check, cash, or credit/debit cards.

Credit Card Fee: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit or debit card transactions.

Occupancy: Rates are based on up to two adults and dependent children. Additional adults or extended occupancy may result in added fees.

Deposits: A deposit may be required to hold your site once approved. Details will be provided upon acceptance.

Balance Due: Full payment is required prior to move-in.

All seasonal campers must have a completed and approved Seasonal Site Application and pass a sex offender background check before site assignment or move-in.

Background Check

A sex offender background check will be performed for all applicants prior to approval. By signing below, you consent to this screening as part of the application process.

Squatch Pines Family Campground Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following rules apply to all seasonal campers:

All guests must check in upon arrival. Unregistered visitors are not allowed.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings only. Do not leave fires unattended.

Firewood is available for purchase onsite. Outside firewood is discouraged to prevent invasive pests.

Trash must be disposed of in the designated dumpster area. Please keep your site clean.

Smoking is permitted at your site only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Alcohol is permitted in moderation and at your own site. No public intoxication or rowdy behavior.

Illegal substances and firearms are strictly prohibited.

Reservations & Payments

A valid credit card is required to book a reservation.

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Rates are subject to change and may vary by season, site type, and holiday weekends.

Late check-out may be available upon request, fees may apply.

Campers & Site Requirements

One RV and one vehicle per site. Extra vehicles must be registered and may incur additional fees.

Campsites must be kept neat and orderly. No outside storage or clutter is permitted.

All RVs must be in good working condition and self-contained (full hookups are provided).

Sewer hoses must be properly connected and sealed.

Pets

Friendly, non-aggressive pets are welcome!

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.

You must clean up after your pets.

Excessive barking or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the campground.

Pet fee may apply—please refer to your booking details.

Swimming Pool Rules (When Open)

No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

No glass containers in pool area.

Proper swimwear required.

Cancellation Policy

Before April 1:

If you cancel before April 1, you may receive a refund of any payments made except the $400 non-refundable deposit.

On or After April 1:

All payments become fully non-refundable starting April 1, including any additional payments made after the deposit.

After the Season Begins (May 15):

Once the season starts, no refunds or credits will be issued for early departure or unused time.

No Early Check-Out Refunds:

Seasonal fees cover the entire season. Leaving early does not reduce or change the total owed.

If the Campground Must Close:

If Squatch Pines must close for reasons within our control, a prorated credit or refund may be considered.

If closure is due to weather, natural disasters, or events outside our control, refunds are not guaranteed.

Electric & Fees:

Monthly electric charges and credit card fees are non-refundable.

Additional Notes:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or made through your original booking method.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

No refunds will be given for early departures, weather conditions, or unused nights.

Date changes are subject to availability and current rates and may incur a fee.

By booking a site at Squatch Pines Family Campground, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Liability Waiver

Guests agree to use the campground and its amenities at their own risk. Squatch Pines Family Campground, its owners, and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen property, or damage due to weather or nature.

Violations

Squatch Pines reserves the right to remove any guest, without refund, who violates these terms, creates a disturbance, or poses a safety risk to others.

By making a reservation or entering Squatch Pines Family Campground, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Squatch Pines a safe, fun, and relaxing place for all!
